Ejeet Hosting reserves the right to deny any guild application at any time.
In accordance with 14. We are not required to contact person(s) with any reason as to why your guild was denied entry to the ejeet hosting database.
The Company will take all complaints against any member who may use this service in an abusive matter very seriously, if needed will then work with the offending users local authority's to punish them to the full extent of there county's laws if deemed to be a threat of real world incident.
In affiliation with 16. any person's sending abusive and or threats to Ejeet staff including but not limited to e-mail, Live Help, IM's and in-game messages, will have there information logged and a formal complaint will be sent to several parties including but not limited to the offending users Internet Service Provider, Local Authority's and our own hosting provider to deny the offending parties access to any LightWave, CogentCO and SONET Communications line.
In full elaboration with 16. and 17. if the party(s) responsible are affilated to any hosted mmorpg guild on Ejeet Networks there account will be suspended or terminated depending upon the offense.
The default user in your forum " root " may not be deleted, renamed, password change or regrouped. Any violation of this policy will result in loss of support for all Ejeet products and any future updates.
Refunds are only granted in the form of credit to your Ejeet Networks billing account no exceptions, Refunds will not be issued for domain name(s) lease(s) setup fee(s) and labor charges.
You are solely responsilbe for your websites billing cycle, if you wish to cancel your subscription you may complete this task in your paypal account, additionally you may contact sales@ejeet.net
When a payment does not clear or is never sent with your subscription to Ejeet Networks, your hosted website will be place in a suspended state until a payment has been made. There is no grace period. If your payment fails on its due date your website will be suspended until a payment has been made.
Service charges for installing additional addons not included with our premade packages are randomly priced and evaluated depending upon the customers request.
Files hosted on your webspace account are your responsiblity aswell as backups, Ejeet Networks and it's affiliates are not responsible for lost or corrupted data. In addition you may not host, sell or offer illegal content on our webservers doing so will result in an immediate closure of your website upon detection of such content.
Any accounts found to have adult content hosted on them will be given one warning only! Any other offense will result in site closure and deletion with no chance of restoration or data revival.
Domain names that are included in mmorpg plans from Ejeet Networks hosting plans remain the property of Ejeet Networks and it's affiliates you will not be able to transfer any domain that was leased from Ejeet Networks.
You are not to link or advertise to any other hosting providers using our service, doing this will result in a suspension of your website with or without notice.
These rules, restrictions, privacy policies, terms of service and other content of the legal arguments listed here, are subject to change anytime without notice.

The software provided on this site such as but not limited to SMF(Lewis Media), EQDKP, WoWRoster & PHPRaid are the property of there rightful owners under both GNU/GPL, FSF and Creative Commons licences.
Ejeet Networks only configures and host these files for you.
When you purchase hosting from Ejeet Networks you are not buying any software from us, the software we provide is open source and is not allowed to be resold we simply just host the files for you.
The only exception about buying software from Ejeet Networks is if you request a customized code written for you.
