World of Warcraft Patch 6.0.3

World Event: Iron Horde Incursion

Characters that have completed the Iron Horde Incursion event can now visit a vendor near their faction’s respective beachhead to purchase replacement quest rewards.
Report to the King/Warning the Warchief: Characters with a healing specialization should now be able to select Ironmender’s Totem as a quest reward.
Thrall received a reminder that he is currently still on Azeroth.

Character Models

Resolved an issue where certain helmets could incorrectly cause an Undead’s jaw to disappear.
Resolved an issue where skin color for Human models were not matching up with their original counterparts.

Classes

Resolved an issue that could cause characters to remain disarmed for an extended period of time.

Character Undelete

Players are now able to undelete their characters.
Details on eligibility and limitations of the undeletion system can be found in the blog titled: New Feature Incoming: Undelete Character.

Class Balancing

Note: All class balancing changes below will require a realm restart to take effect.

Druid
General
Ferocious Bite’s damage has been increased by 12%.
(Feral) Moonfire’s damage has been increased by 12%.
Shred’s damage has been increased by 12%.
(Feral, Cat Form) Thrash’s damage has been increased by 12%.
Feral
Rake’s damage has been increased by 12%.
Rip’s damage has been increased by 12%.
Swipe’s damage has been increased by 25%.
Hunter
General
Arcane Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Cobra Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Explosive Trap’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Kill Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Multi-Shot’s damage has been increased by 30%.
Steady Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Marksmanship
Aimed Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Chimaera Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Survival
Black Arrow’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Explosive Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Serpent Sting’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Hunter Pets
Hunter Pets now inherit 60% of the Hunter’s Attack Power (up from 33%).
Talents
A Murder of Crows’ damage has been increased by 80%.
Barrage’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Dire Beast’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Exotic Munitions’ damage has been increased by 15%.
Focusing Shot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Glaive Toss’ damage has been increased by 15%.
Powershot’s damage has been increased by 15%.
Mage
General
Frostfire Bolt’s damage has been reduced by 20%.
Fire
Fireball’s damage has been reduced by 20%.
Inferno Blast’s damage has been reduced by 20%.
Pyroblast’s damage has been reduced by 20%.
Frost
Brain Freeze now increases the damage of Frostfire Bolt by 85% (up from 25%).
Frostbolt’s damage has been increased by 20%.
Frozen Orb’s damage has been increased by 20%.
Ice Lance’s damage has been increased by 20%.
Water Elemental
Water Jet’s damage has been increased by 20%.
Waterbolt’s damage has been increased by 20%.
Talents
(Frost) Frost Bomb’s damage has been increased by 25%.
(Frost) Ice Nova’s damage has been increased by 25%.
