Warcraft Website Finds the actual Mystery regarding Expertise Tuning.

The modern developer blog on the World of warcraft community site gives players a fascinating look at the way the team in control of raids fine music the encounters when they are on live servers. It’s a great behind the displays look.

WoWRaidEncounterBlog

Our players are ingenious and adept at creating clever solutions to your challenges posed by our raid encounters. While we’ve got learned from past experience a great extent (Rule #14 associated with encounter design: If it’s possible to kite adds as an alternative to killing them, someone will kite them as an alternative to killing them), we will still be unable to always count on the lengths to which our players goes to overcome a tough encounter. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, and often one in the hallmarks of a great encounter is it is open to multiple solutions, depending on the strengths and weaknesses associated with an individual raid group. I’m able to think of three distinct approaches that people saw to handle your Molten Elementals summoned by Heroic Ragnaros, for case, and I’m sure you’ll find more out there.

SWTOR Expansion not getting any breaks

As everyone may know that Bioware has not been able to catch a break at all when it comes to the upcoming star wars expansion pack, every social network is fairly littered with players objecting to the expansion or plainly showing disregard for BioWare as a whole, while this may be deserved for them going free to play so soon, they still may deserve one more shot.

They are going to try and implement the hutt family cartel for hardcore star wars gaming fans who want to explore this avenue, however this alone will not reconcile the fact that star wars the old republic was more or less a failure in the eyes of various gaming community’s and generalized star wars gaming fans.

The March Against Violent Videogames

In the wake of recent tragedies, many in the US government are championing irresponsibly violent video games. But is that a fair assessment? We take a look at that today. See what we’ve got to say and then join the conversation in the comments.

Even if kids are impressionable at a young age, which they are to an extent, good parenting usually helps as the main guidance tool in a child’s life. When I was young my mom told me the difference between right and wrong. My private school taught me this as well. I grew up knowing that acting aggressively towards another was bad. I played some violent games in my young teens (GTA comes to mind). I even saw some violent movies (including scary ones).

We all should know, especially from our experiences growing up, that you cannot keep everything bad from your child. That doesn’t mean you should give in and willingly let them have access to these things. But it does mean you should teach them about drugs, sex, violence, language, the world, politics, etc. when they start to come into the child’s life. We shouldn’t just say “Oh, they are bad!” but moreso we should educate them about what they are, why they exist, and if/when they are good or bad.

Oh, but that involves being a parent.

This is just my rant about how people blame inanimate objects as rationalization for why catastrophe happens instead of blaming bad parenting, poor schooling and education, lack of mental healthcare, and so forth. I wish it were that easy to blame a rock in the middle of the Sahara Desert for all the violence and hate that happens in our world today, but it’s not.
